Summary: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay only wish we stayed longer. Accommodations we great had everything we needed plus having the dock across the street to park our boat we a plus. The view was beautiful just loved watching the boats coming in and out. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Summary: The place was great very clean and very nicely furnished! Was impressed by comfort of bed! And the host Mark was extremely helpful as well as super nice! My friend's only complaint was the noise from other units. I'll definitely be coming back if the Bullock's will have me! Thanks!

Summary: We loved the condo, the location and having our boat in the water ready to go. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. Mark was so gracious to switch us to unit 200 so quickly since he had an unexpected repair to do in the unit we originally reserved. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: This place was even better in person than the listing showed! Happy and bright property is lovingly maintained by the management and owner’s. This unit was freshly decorated with a super cute coastal theme and every amenity/convenience you could want. The trailer parking was great, the boat dock was right across the street and right at the mouth of the inlet! The pool was sparkling, the views off our balcony were amazing and the whole property is friendly and convenient! It was a pleasant sulfide and exceeded our expectations in every way.

Summary: Great time scalloping with the family. Nice room and owner, he came to check on us before the storm. Really enjoyed the hurricane party at the pool. Great location. The Sunset Place is a must do.

Summary: This is my second time staying here in the last 6 months. Both of these Condo units are clean and comfortable and its hard to beat the location (only a short walk to Roy's, Crabby Dad's, Bait & Tackle Shop, Sea Hag Marina, and the Boat Ramp. I used the the resorts boat dock and slip for my own Flatty and while a little rickety, it was good enough and I can tell they are in the process of making improvements as the metal security gate was brand new. Just lift up and not down on the handle like the arrow shows. I slept better after seeing the lighted dock and security cameras which are a plus after having stuff stolen off of my boat in a different town. In spit of the winds, we caught Redfish and Trout, ate some great Cracker grub, and drank beer. We look forward to a return trip.
